Return/Exchange Policy Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. BLC has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse. Shipments & Returns Allow 3 working days for processing. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. FedEx delivery service overnight, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air services are available for an additional charge. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor BLC can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. BLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from BLC, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. BLC does not accept responsibility for any delays caused by FedEx or customs departments. The process of a package processing through Customs can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks.
